Heather Pippen
Heather Pippen has been with Heritage Green since 2001. As the Executive Director, she oversees the overall operations of the two communities including ensuring excellence in care and services, customer satisfaction, public awareness, community involvement, fiscal soundness, regulatory compliance, and more. Heather also enjoys sharing her creativity with the residents when she dresses as a clown or entertains in talent shows at the facility. She also enjoys bringing son every other month to visit residents on Saturday. For more, please see "From the Executive Director."

Lisa Childress
Lisa Childress, Life Enrichment Director for Heritage Green and hairstylist for Daybreak. She has brought her creative talents to our residents. She also brings out the creative talents of our residents during Activities as well. On a personal note, Lisa has 2 grown children and 3 precious grandchildren. She lives on a farm with many animals and enjoys teaching her family about them.

Rosalyn Hamrick CDP
Rosalyn Hamrick, Admissions Counselor and Community Outreach Director, brings with her 32 years of nursing experience, most of which is in geriatrics. Her personal goals is to work along side the Clinical Care Directors in providing excellent care of our residents. While doing so, she'll give some smiles away and hopes to receive some in return. On a personal note, she resides in Bedford Co, with her husband of 35 years. They have 3 grown sons and 2 grandchildren. Roz attends Blue Ridge Community Church and has a love for gardening.

Andrea Kearns
Andrea Kearns is the Business Office Director and has worked at Heritage Green since 2005. Her favorite part of the job is interacting with residents and their families. She moved to Lynchburg from South Carolina four years ago and enjoys spending time with family, reading and gardening.

Kim Logan
Kim Logan, LPN, has been a Clinical Care Director at Heritage Green since 2003 and currently oversees the Daybreak care team. Kim is known to residents, families and staff for her kind and generous spirit, knowledge about geriatric nursing, and strong desire to serve. Her door is always open and is often with residents and family members providing care and consultation. Staff find that she is a mentor, grooming them for leadership and advanced professionalism. In Kim's spare time, she is a mother of two and co-pastor with her husband of a church they founded.

Tina Scott
This is Tina Scott, Residential Services Director, who oversees Dining Services as a nutritionist and head chef, as well as Housekeeping and Laundry Services for Heritage Green Lynchburg. Tina has been a member of the Leadership Team since 2003. She enjoys spoiling residents and staff with her home-cooked creations and creative menus as well as cooking demonstrations, theme parties, and chef of the month meals.

Jackie Bolinger
Jackie Bolinger, Housekeeping / Laundry Director, brings with her a lot of experience in long term care. She is one of seven sisters, is a native of Lynchburg and a mother of three children. Jackie enjoys spending time with her family, taking trips to the beach, and believe it or not . . . cleaning. You’ll see her with a smile on her face and a dust rag in her hand, never running out of energy!

Patricia (Patti) Franklin
Patti Franklin, LPN, Daybreak Coordinator, after a recent career change to become a nurse, joins Heritage Green with over 25 years in customer service/relations experience. Patti leads a staff of one full time and two part time individuals, dedicated to providing a variety of activities focused on group and individual needs. She also works closely with the Clinical Care Director to ensure resident safety and wellness. She sees her role in the Care Team as a unique mix of business and pleasure, receiving personal satisfaction in knowing she helps make an impact with the overall wellbeing of the residents each day. Patti is married to the “best, supportive husband in the world” and has beautiful twin daughters and two wonderful granddaughters.

Bryan Stone
Bryan Stone, Clinical Care Director, combines his educational background, business experience, and nursing skills in coordinating the best care possible for the residents of Heritage Green. He is married and has two daughters. He is a Master swimmer, enjoys people, and never meets a stranger.
