The Legacy Club
A special transitional program at Heritage Green for those with mild memory impairment.
The Legacy Club serves to celebrate the lives of our residents who are beginning to experience mild memory impairment. Residents live in traditional assisted living, while receiving special attention to help ensure success. Participants of The Legacy Club benefit greatly from small group activities, while maintaining their daily routines with as much independence as possible. These engaging, stimulating and social activities are specially designed to help seniors reconnect to their world. Through genuine caring, a comfortable environment and innovative programming, we enhance quality of life by promoting self-esteem and a sense of accomplishment.

The Legacy of the Individual
The Legacy Club is a highly
personalized program designed to
meet the unique needs of residents
with mild memory impairment.
The goal of the program is to help
residents remain active, engaged
and stimulated.
Residents may not yet be ready for
our DayBreak program for memory
impaired individuals or are waiting
for an opening at DayBreak. The
Legacy Club is Heritage Green's answer
to a need for a transitional
level for residents needing more
stimulation, redirection, and affirmation
where they can feel comfortable. |

A Customized Approach
Developed in collaboration with
memory impairment specialists, The
Legacy Club meets regularly in a
quiet parlor filled with interactive
supplies. Residents enjoy a variety
of activities in a sensory stimulating
and affirming environment.
Staff working with residents of
The Legacy Club have completed
highly specialized training through
nationally recognized programs.
Onsite therapists assess
residents using a variety of tools
and then train staff to meet the
unique needs of each resident in
the program. |

needed, this is an included service
for residents of The Legacy Club.
