Employee Recognition

Heritage Green has many ways we enjoy recognizing our employees.

	Employee of the Quarter and Employee of the Year are awarded to outstanding employees who are recognized by their peers and the leadership staff as exceeding the expectations of their position. They receive a cash bonus, time off, certificate, and recognition in the local newspaper.
	Perfect Attendance is a cash bonus program that awards staff on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for perfect attendance. Staff have the opportunity to earn over $1,050 annually.
	Treasure Chest is a Caught in the Act system in which any staff member can award someone for going the extra mile and send them to the Executive Director's office to receive a gift out of the treasure box. One never knows what they might get and many of the gifts also include a gift certificate.
