Welcome to Heritage Green!

I would personally like to warmly welcome you to Heritage Green Assisted Living of Hanover. A number of years ago my family and I searched for the right community for my grandmother. In the end, we were unable to find a community that met her needs and our family's expectations for quality care. Since then, I have dedicated myself along with a committed staff to develop a facility that offers a home of comfort and security.

The Heritage Green staff is here to do much more than just lend a hand. The foundation of the Heritage Green philosophy is quality care and the spirit of friendship we have among our residents and between residents and staff. We care for the needs of our residents. Our neighborhoods are home-like settings of places for you to enjoy with your family and friends. And, Heritage Green offers plenty of planned activities, trips and fun!
