Evergreen is a program that is designed to improve the quality of life of our residents through socialization and participating in familiar activities. We hope to enrich people's lives by helping to link their past through memory stimulating activities.

| WHY EVERGREEN? |
We purposely selected this title because we believe that everyone, young and old, has much evergreen tucked away. It is our goal to find our resident's evergreen and provide them the opportunities to embrace it.

| Heritage green strongly believes that residents should still interact and engage in their community. We take our residents out to lunch twice a week and go on several joyrides. Our residents enjoy going to new places as well as traveling down familiar roads.

Heritage green has lots of pups that visit our residents. Our residents enjoy watching them play and love interacting with them.
We believe that pets are a friendly reminder of love and companionship.
Pets help to make our home feel more homelike. Please contact us if you would like to bring your pet in for a visit! |
