Our 32-unit, 60-bed fully secured community was specifically designed with our residents' needs in mind. The unique building features self-contained neighborhoods with living room, dining room, outside courtyard, and walking paths. Each member of our professional staff is trained in the delivery of our Memory Care programming, which we developed to meet the needs of our cognitively impaired residents.

Featuring both private and companion accommodations, Heritage Green insures that our residents enjoy three delicious meals every day in our beautiful dining rooms.
