Heather Pippen
Heather Pippen has been with Heritage Green for seven years. As the Executive Director, she oversees the overall operations of the two communities including ensuring excellence in care and services, customer satisfaction, public awareness, community involvement, fiscal soundness, regulatory compliance, and more. Heather also enjoys sharing her creativity with the residents when she dresses as a clown or entertains in talent shows at the facility. She also enjoys bringing her two year old son every other month to visit residents on Saturday. For more, please see "From the Executive Director."

Kim Logan
Kim Logan, LPN, has served as the Assistant Administrator and Clinical Care Director for The Fields for four years. Kim is known to residents, families and staff for her kind and generous spirit, knowledge about geriatric nursing, and strong desire to serve. Her door is always open and is often with residents and family members providing care and consultation. Staff find that she is a mentor, grooming them for leadership and advanced professionalism. Kim is a member of the NGNA. In Kim's spare time, she is a mother of two and co-pastor with her husband of a church they founded.

Wanda Peerman
Wanda is the Clinical Care Director / Administrator of DayBreak. She has fifteen years experience in nursing, including school nursing and medical offices, with geriatric nursing her passion. She has also served as Administrator of another assisted living facility in the area, prior to coming to Heritage Green two years ago. Wanda has been married twenty seven years, has two adult children, and loves spending time with her family. She also enjoys involvement in her church and doing yard work.

Rosalyn Hamrick
Rosalyn Hamrick brings with her 32 years of nursing experience, most of which is in geriatrics. Her personal goals is to work along side the Clinical Care Directors in providing excellent care of our residents. While doing so, sheÕll give some smiles away and hopes to receive some in return. On a personal note, she resides in Bedford Co, with her husband of 35 years. They have 3 grown sons and 2 grandchildren. Roz attends Blue Ridge Community Church and has a love for gardening.

Wanda Gills
Wanda Gills, Life Enrichment Director for Daybreak Lynchburg. Wanda has worked at Heritage Green for two years, and leads a dynamic program anchored by her love for the residents and their individuality. She supervises an activity assistant and trains the Care Partners as well in leading group and one to one activities tailored to our residents needs, interests, and abilities. Wanda is active in her church and family singing group, which she regularly brings on the weekends to perform for the residents. You will also find Wanda's dog, Chauncy, providing pet therapy visits.

Vicki Humphrey
Vicki Humphrey is the Admissions and Marketing Director and has worked at Heritage Green for five years. Vicki designs and executes the internal and external marketing and community involvement of Heritage Green. Vicki enjoys serving on the Memory Walk Committee for the Alzheimer's Association, Lynchburg College's Gerontology Consortium, Lynchburg Steering Committee for the Prayer Breakfast, is a Red Hat Society Member, and is a member of The Elks Lodge.

Tina Scott
This is Tina Scott, Residential Services Director, who oversees Dining Services as a nutritionist and head chef, as well as Housekeeping and Laundry Services for Heritage Green Lynchburg. Tina has been a member of the Leadership Team for over five years. She enjoys spoiling residents and staff with her home-cooked creations and creative menus as well as cooking demonstrations, theme parties, and chef of the month meals.
